This site requires no account and has no newsletter or contact form. The only personal data collected is gathered when you make a purchase: the email address entered on the Stripe payment page, and the order details (photos purchased, amount, date).

This data is used solely to fulfil the order (deliver the photos, resend links if something goes wrong) and to meet the seller's accounting and tax obligations. It is never sold or used for advertising.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. A single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice : exempt from consent as a strictly functional cookie.

Data passes through the following providers: Stripe (payment), Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database) and Cloudflare R2 (photo storage). Some of these providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Download links expire after 24 hours. Order data is kept for as long as legal obligations require, in particular accounting obligations (up to 10 years), then deleted.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: sidmarin.ph@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Private galleries contain photographs of people taken at events. These galleries are not indexed by search engines and can only be reached through a direct link shared within the context of the event.

Anyone who appears in a photograph may request the removal of one or more photos of themselves by writing to sidmarin.ph@gmail.com : removal will be carried out as promptly as possible.
